Application period deadline for saint josephs school of nursing

The following items must be received by the Admissions Department for your application to be considered complete:

• • Official High School Transcript or GED: *Required for all applicants*.
  • Official College Transcript: from ALL colleges attended.
  • Personal Statement/Essay: This can be entered on the “additional information page” or sent as an e-mail attachment to admissions@sjhcon.edu
  • Two (2) Letters of Recommendation: Letters must be sent in sealed envelopes directly from the reference or emailed directly from the reference to admissions@sjhcon.edu
    • • High School Seniors: Two (2) letters of recommendation required. One (1) or both from High School Counselors or teachers. One (1) from a professional representative (e.g., clergy, coaches, employers, teachers, etc.).
      • All Other Applicants: Two (2) professional letters of recommendation Recommendations from family members or friends will not be accepted.
      • Nursing Transfers: One (1) letter of recommendation from dean/director of nursing program & one (1) professional letter of recommendation
